Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for PDFGrove Pro. We want the Service to be worth paying for — if it isn’t, we’ll make it right.

1. Subscriptions and billing

PDFGrove Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly in US dollars. Each billing period renews automatically until you cancel. Payments and refunds are handled by our third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not by itself refund a payment already made (see below).

4. How to request a refund

Email support@pdfgrove.com from the address on your account, and include the approximate date of the charge. Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider, back to your original payment method, and typically appear within a few business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
